Brief History
The Phatak family, with entrepreneurship in their blood, has been in business for over three generations.
1985
In 1985, Shridhar Phatak ventured into a new field, continuing the legacy of ethical and successful business practices. He invested all his energy into starting a land plotting and selling business from scratch. Over his remarkable 25-year career, he successfully sold numerous plots and donated approximately 500 to friends, family, customers, and business associates.
2011
In 2011, after Shridhar Phatak, his elder son Akshay took over the business during difficult times. He formally established 'Phatak Developers' in partnership with his mother and younger brother Anand. Under Akshay's able leadership, the company has reached new heights of success. Akshay upholds his family's values and principles while bringing the enthusiasm and vision needed in today's era. Akshay's mother, Smt. Asha Sridhar Phatak, retired from the business, and her role has been succeeded by Akshay's wife, Mrs. Sneha Akshay Phatak.
Today
Today, Akshay has diversified into various businesses beyond construction, including mango farming, cashew processing, agro-farming, agri-tourism, art studios, and cement plants. His ventures such as 'Sapphire Exotic Stay,' 'Tropical Furniture House,' 'Medium Strong Entertainment,' and 'Anubhuti Art Studio' are highly successful in their respective fields.
